These are extreme and extreme examples. Even the number of companies that have such a lifetime in our country does not exceed three out of five. No workplace will employ workers for that long. In new studies, the average working time of Generation Y in a workplace is determined as five years. Probably, this period will be 1-2 years in Generation Z.
