Amid the rumors that place Madrid on the Formula 1 calendar in the near future, Stefano Domenicali He has commented on the competition’s official podcast that this race cannot be held in the same season with Barcelona, at the Montmeló circuit.
“It is a very strong market right now, the audience data is growing, and a lot, there. There were already two races in Spainbut in those days the business was not so big, we still had a mostly European calendar, so I don’t see it as possible anymore”, said the leader of the ‘Great Circus’.
He says that the future of Barcelona is up in the air: “I have always been very transparent with Barcelonathat’s my style, but we haven’t made a decision yet…”.
