The arrival of Low Emission Zones (ZBE) is causing confusion. A directory with the regulations of each city tries to alleviate it.
As you well know, Low Emission Zones (ZBE) are certain areas, normally in the center of large cities, that limit access to certain vehiclesespecially the most polluting ones.
However, there is still a bit of trouble with the restrictions in this type of area, as each city has adapted the regulations to its characteristics. In principle, it should affect those towns with more than 50,000 inhabitants, and each municipality is responsible for drafting and putting into practice the rules and the different restrictions based on the environmental labels of the General Directorate of Traffic (DGT), that is, Label 0 emissions, Blue; Eco Label; Label C, Green; Label B, Yellow; and those known as Label A, which are those that do not have the right to distinctive due to their high polluting level.

To try to alleviate the ignorance of the drivers, UNO, the Business Organization of Logistics and Transport of Spain, has launched a directory with which it makes available to companies in the sector a place where they can collect all the Sustainable Mobility Ordinances applicable to cities with more than 50,000 inhabitants.

So, with the aim is make life easier for drivers and companiesa search engine has been opened on the UNO website in which users can select the municipality they want and consult the draft or current regulations that include the scope of action, mobility and parking restrictions and all the important information about.
In the words of the president of UNO Logística, Francisco Aranda, collected in ABC, “as employers of the sector we are obliged to facilitate the work carried out by our companies within the cities, helping to interpret a legislative framework which, on occasions, far from being accessible, makes it even more difficult to carry out their activity in an environment that is already very complex”.
