“Iron Man” actor Robert Downey Jr. debuts a new car show in which he will green up classic cars.
Robert Downey Jr., well-known American actor, interpreter of Iron Man in the Marvel Universe movies, is a passionate about cars and that passion is going to take her to the small screen.
The interpreter has announced that He’s going to host a new TV show.which will be broadcast on the HBO Max streaming platform in which he will be in charge of giving classic cars a new life.

The “show”, called “Downey’s Dream Cars” (Downey’s Dream Cars), deals with the modification of classics to make them more sustainable through transformations of this type of vehicle into electric or more ecological variants to place them at the forefront of sustainable transport.
In fact, Downey seems to approach sustainability from different points of view, since the trailer not only mentions an all-electric change, but also also biodiesel and even hybrids. Downey will have the help, among others, of Rich Rebuilds, the YouTuber who modified a Tesla Model S and mounted a V8 engine on it and who is transforming a Model 3 into a diesel vehicle
The cars shown in the trailer include a Corvette Stingray C2, a Volkswagen Bus, a Buick Riviera GS and a Chevrolet El Camino and are rumored to be some of them belong to Downey’s personal collectionwho calls himself a true “petrolhead”.
«we are what we drive, and having amassed a formidable collection of classic cars over the years, I was a gas spitting mess,” Downey said in a statement. “Fortunately, I’m a bit of a dreamer.”

“The past three years have been an experiment in hope as I have recruited the best and brightest minds to test, educate, elevate and decarbonise these vehicles in a way that demonstrates the limitless potential of creative problem solving,” he added. Downey. “It has been a huge challenge and an enlightening journey”.
Another celebrity of the Marvel Universe, Jeremy Renner, also recently hosted a car show. The programme, called “Rennervations”, was primarily about transforming trucks and buses into refurbished utility vehicles to support local communities.
