Alex Marquez he could not finish the sprint race of the MotoGP Las Americas GP. The one from Gresini, who was fifth when half of the test remained, had some health problems that ended with him on the asphalt of Austin.
“I started to feel a little sick in the gut. I fell in that brake and I have vomited” told in ‘DAZN’.
And he explains: “The body collapsed. I must have felt something in the food, although I have eaten as always. Whatever it is, I have vomited I released the brake and when I applied it again I went in too lean”.
“Then when I got back to the office I vomited again” Follow Marquez.
In this sense, he regrets having lost a good option to score points: “The podium? I don’t know, but the fifth place yes”.
“We started the race badly, but in the first corner more or less I was able to fix it. It was a bit of a discard everything, on the back straight in every lap there was someone who went long”, he argues.
Now the long race remains: “It will be hard. We have rhythm, but we have to improve output because with this bike it is costing me. It has a different clutch than the Honda.”
