Netflix has announced the start of filming and the cast of its new miniseries based on the best-selling book by Elísabet Benavent, ‘a perfect tale‘. Anne Castillo (‘Easy’) and Álvaro Mel (‘La Fortuna’) lead the cast that also includes Ana Belén (‘Betrayal’), the singer of Russian Red, Lourdes Hernández, Ingrid García-Jonsson (‘Instinct’), Ane Gabarain (‘Patria’) and Elena Irureta (‘Alma’).

After the Netflix adaptations of ‘Valeria’ and ‘We were songs’, ‘A perfect story’ is the third novel by Elísabet Benavent that makes the leap to the screen. The miniseries is produced by Plano a plano and the person in charge of the adaptation has been Marina Pérez. Chloe Wallace will be the director.
Filming has started in natural locations in Greece and then will continue in different locations in Madrid. The series follows Margot and David, two young people who come from very different worlds. While she is the heir to a hotel empire, he has to work three jobs to make ends meet. Their paths cross and they discover that they are the only ones who can help each other to recover the love of their lives.
