Bentley congratulates us on Christmas with a peculiar carol created with the sounds of its manufacturing plant in Crewe, in the United Kingdom.
The Christmas holidays are here as they are in charge of reminding us of the department stores, the Lottery and the lighting of the streets. For this reason, there are many companies that want to be associated with it through marketing and/or advertising actions.
One of them is Bentley, who has created his version of a Christmas classic, “The Nutcracker”produced entirely from the sounds of the engineers and employees working at the Bentley factory in Crewe, UK.
A particular version of “The Nutcracker”
It all starts when birdsong is heard over the solar panels of the factory, and to conclude, there is a contribution of sound that warms the heart of every engineer and craftsman, the hissing of the kettle and the clink of a teaspoon in a Bowl. In the middle we find a large number of resonances of the most common in a factory where cars are produced.
The sounds used to compose this piece range from the cutting of scissors on leather to the whirring of sewing machines. In addition, echoes from wheel nut guns, paint sprayers, power windows, doors opening and closing, and many parts of a Bentley that are slotted, bolted and sewn.
“When you walk through the factory, it’s not just what you see, it’s what you hear that is so distinctive,” they explain from Bentley. “Then, it occurred to us that creating the Bentley Orchestra it would be a unique way to celebrate the extraordinary skills of Bentley’s craftsmen, as well as showcasing its modern and sustainable future.”

With this fun and exciting initiative, Bentley wanted to congratulate all car lovers and highlight the work of employees who assemble their cars at the British factory in Crewe.
