Another of the brands that is giving an accumulated sales report for the first quarter of the year is the Chinese Chirey, let’s see.

OK With the Registry of Sale to the Public of Light Vehicles, carried out by INEGI, Chirey placed 9,379 SUV units during the first quarter of the year. With this, the Chinese firm is located in the Top 3 sales of SUVs.
From January to March, the Chirey Tiggo 7 Pro was the best-selling model in the range, with 3,042 vehicles sold. It should be noted that the Premium version of this model just arrived at the beginning of the year.
As for the Chirey Tiggo 8 Pro, it ranks first in sales in the three-row passenger SUV segment. In the accumulated of the quarter, the top-of-the-range model of the firm, it was possible to sell 1,281 units. This represents about 22 percent of the total segment.
As for the Tiggo 4 Pro, 2,483 vehicles were sold, a figure that placed it in the Top 5 of the quarter.
Last year Chirey started operations in Mexico, and today with the sales achieved, it has a market share of 8.3% of the 112,967 SUVs that were sold in the first quarter of 2023 in the country.
