there are few cars that raise so many passions Like the Suzuki Jimny. And that its recent history has been loaded with unforeseen events that have ended with its disappearance from our market, at least as we knew it. It is true that it continues to be sold in the Jimny Pro version, which is approved as N1 commercial and only has two seats, as well as some limitations. That is why we look with envy at the Suzuki Jimny Heritage which is a special edition of the model that is going to be sold on the other side of the world.
This is a version that will be available on a limited basis in Australia. Only 300 units will be made of this model that looks to the past and is inspired by it to create a very striking configuration. The history of the Jimny begins in 1970 and from the first copies they have taken the reference to make a series of graphics ranging in orange and pink, surrounding the side from the door area and reaching the rear of the model. Also featured is the new Jimny Heritage logo with a graphic of the mythical rhino.
They will contrast with the body colors White, Jungle Green, Medium Gray and Bluish Black Pearl; which are the ones that are available on this Suzuki Jimny Heritage. Nor do they go unnoticed red fenders Or that 15-inch wheels come standard. The interior of this specimen is not as distinctive as the exterior. Has all that is available in the small standard SUV, highlighting some elements such as the leather steering wheel, the multimedia system with a 7-inch screen or the reversing camera.
Nor does it change mechanically, as the Jimny Heritage maintains the 1.5-litre naturally aspirated four-cylinder engine with its 102 hp and 130 Nm of torque. Also mandatory is the five-speed manual gearbox or the AllGrip Pro all-wheel drive that we highlighted so much during the test of this vehicle. As we said, this special edition will only be sold in a limited way in Australia, where it was announced from a price of 33,490 Australian dollars (about 20,947 euros to change).
