The movie “Gran Turismo” has just released its first trailer and it looks spectacular. We will have to wait until August to see it in theaters.
The (good) films related to the automotive world delight fans of the world of four wheels and motor racing. And there is a film that will be released this summer, which is generating great expectations. Is about “Grand Tour”adaptation of the popular PlayStation video game racing franchise, which just released its first official trailer.
Directed by Neil Blomkamp, responsible for films such as “District 9” or “Elysium”, the film is based on a true story. “Gran Turismo” follows the career of a young teenager obsessed with the racing video game who slowly brings his controller skills to a real track in hopes of becoming a professional racing driver.

The trailer gives fans a first look at the film, in which a gamer teenager wants to become a racing driver. For this, he decides to sign up for the GT Academy competition despite the fact that his parents disapprove of his plans.
Archie Madekwe plays the main character of the film, Jann Mardenborough while David Harbor is his racing coach, Djimon Hounsou plays the teenager’s father and Orlando Bloom a motor sports marketing executive. Darren Barnet plays a respected GT Academy driver who feels threatened by the teenager’s growing success. The film is scheduled to release date August 11 of this 2023.
