Insulting Prince Harry’s wife, Meghan Markle, could be expensive for Jeremy Clarkson: Amazon could enforce his dismissal.

Apparently, Prime Video plans to dispense with Clarkson’s services after his controversial comments about Meghan Markle, wife of Prince Harry. After the comments were heavily criticized, including by Prince Harry himself, Clarkson issued numerous apologies for her words.

However, despite his apologies, Prime Video is determined to get rid of ClarksonHowever, the seasons already signed with him of “The Grand Tour” and “Clarkson’s Farm” will be respected. Prime Video has not given its official version of this, neither confirming nor denying it, although according to Clarkson himself he recognized that those responsible for the streaming platform were not satisfied with his statements.
This is one more of the controversies in which Clarkson has been involved, which has already he was fired from the BBC and his “Top Gear” show canceled for hitting a British network producer.
On this occasion, Clarkson took advantage of his weekly column in the tabloid newspaper “The Sun” to show their deep hatred towards Markle and claimed that the Duchess of Sussex has assumed control of Prince Harry’s actions.

Prince Harry responded to the comments, calling them “horrible, hurtful and cruel towards my wife”. Clarkson was quick to issue a brief apology on Twitter, followed later by a lengthy statement posted on Instagram expressing regret. Something that, however, it seems that she is not going to be of much use to her, professionally speaking.
