The Suzuki Swift Sport 20th Anniversary is an exclusive and limited edition to celebrate the two decades that Suzuki Motor Ibérica has been active. Of this very special series, only 35 numbered units will be put up for sale, exclusive to our market, with a price of €27,445.
The base of the model is the Suzuki Swift Sport, the sportiest version of the Swift 2021. It is moved by the 1.4 Boosterjet with a light hybrid system that develops 129 HP of power (95 kW) at 5,500 rpm and 235 Nm of maximum torque from 2,000 rpm. To this must be added the additional 53 Nm and 10 kW (13.6 hp) provided by the ISG electric motor/generator. It has good performance, as we saw in our test, being able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 9.1 seconds, with a top speed of 210 km/h. And all this with a very low approved consumption of 5.6 litres/100 km in the mixed cycle and the advantages of the DGT Eco label.
But why choose this special edition over others? Well, because of his image. They have a commemorative plaque on the dashboard and on the inside frame of the driver’s door. And from the outside an exclusive decoration, from the silver body with a pearl black roof and details in red (in mirror housings, lower part of the front grill or brake calipers). The 17-inch alloy wheels have the emblem swift sports in red. In addition, a black stripe with the word Sport runs along the entire side that combines with the exclusively designed logo. 20th anniversary in the rear and tinted rear windows.
As standard it has LED headlights, adaptive cruise control, pre-collision warning, automatic braking in the city, signal reader, rear view camera, detector of objects in the blind spot and in reversing manoeuvres, slope assistant… Also air-conditioned dual zone, keyless access and start, mixed fabric and leather upholstery with heated front seats… Although without a doubt what is most enjoyed about this vehicle is its chassis with specific rear suspension, Monroe shock absorbers, hub and wheel bearings in a single piece and thick stabilizers with teflon supports.
