A Lamborghini Countach with just 250 km traveled is up for auction and could sell for close to a million euros.

The 90s is back in fashion, especially for those who during that time enjoyed their childhood or youth. And what better way to go back to the 90s than by driving one of the most iconic cars of that time: the Lamborghini Countach.

Now everyone who has a comfortable economy and is a fan of cars has the opportunity to do so. And it is that the auction house RM Sotheby’s puts up for sale an extraordinary copy of Lamborghini Countach with only 250 km traveled or what is the same, almost brand new.

It could be sold for a million euros

This is the last copy of the Countach 25th Anniversary, a final and very special edition that hit the market in 1989 to celebrate 25 years of Lamborghini. Its low mileage (it is believed that it is the Countach that has driven the fewest kilometers in the world) means that its sales estimate has risen to almost one million euros.

According to the documentation provided by the auction house, this Lamborghini was sold in February 1990 to a doctor in Detroit (United States) and, surprisingly, it reappeared at the dealership that supplied it, Clark Motor Company in Ohio, in 2007, with only 13 km on the odometerwhich suggests that the doctor did not use it.

Later, it was acquired by a collector who barely started it up and gave small turns regularly to maintain the 5.2 liter V12 engine in good working order. RM Sotheby’s states that this Countach is still fitted with its original Pirelli P Zero tires and has all original paperwork, including manuals, brochures and registration papers from 1990.

Mechanically, the aforementioned engine of the Countach 25 Aniversario allowed it to do 0 to 100 km/h in 4.7 seconds and announced a top speed of 295 km/h. Of this special edition, which is the one that is put up for sale, only 657 units were manufactured.
