The Velocity Modern Classics company specializes in marketing modernized classic vehicles such as vintage Ford Broncos, Ford F-250s, and Chevrolet K5 Blazers. The company now added to its catalog a very iconic Ford vehicle, the F-100, in its early 70s version.
At first glance it looks like an old vehicle with some modern details, but the changes are more profound than they appear. For a start, Under the hood is the powertrain of the modern Mustang, a 5.0L Coyote V8 with 460 horsepower and 420 lb-ft of torque that sends its power to the rear axle via a 10-speed automatic transmission.

We have in terms of equipment:
- Adjustable Fox shocks
- independent front suspension
- sports exhaust system
- Wheels from 18 to 20” depending on the option
- six-piston brakes
- chrome details
- LED optics
- BASF Glasurit paint that can be in one or two shades

Indoors the modernization work becomes more evident, but without forgetting the bases. We’ve got stitched leather seats, carpeted floors and power windows, while whoever’s driving can get their hands on a custom Sparc leather-wrapped steering wheel bolted to an Ididit tilt-steering column.

Other amenities include air conditioning, Alpine sound system with Focal brand speakers and optionally the passenger compartment can be equipped with some jewels.

This F-100 has a starting price of USD 279,000which can be greatly increased by equipping optionals. Velocity is already taking orders, but advises that each unit takes about 14 weeks to build.
