At a time when the MINI range seems quite established and there will be no changes in the short term, until its electric transformation arrives, it is taking place unleash special editions. In this case, one of the most interesting versions of the 3-door MINI is taken as a reference. The Cooper S is the one with the engine 2.0-liter four-cylinder with 178 hp, just a notch below the top-of-the-range John Cooper Works. You can choose between a six-speed manual gearbox or a seven-speed automatic. accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.8 seconds and has a top speed of 235 km/h. That does not change one iota, because what the Resolute Edition does is add customization with a special configuration.
It starts with the new color Enigmatic Black in its bodywork, which is the protagonist. The roof and mirrors can go in black, in the same Enigmatic Black or in contrast to the tone Pepper White. In either case, there are other details that go in the Resolute Bronze characteristic of the special edition. We are talking about the frames of the headlights, the taillights, the radiator grill or the stripes on the hood; while also having specific logos to stand out on the outside.
The customization continues inside with an anthracite roof and matching sports seats with a mixed fabric/synthetic leather upholstery in Black Pearl Y Light Checkered. On the other hand, the Nappa leather sports steering wheel bears the Resolute logo on the lower spoke. The equipment is very complete and mounts as standard the Light Package with ambient lighting of the interior at various points. Also included is the MINI Driving Assistant to add many driving assistance and improve the safety of the MINI Cooper S Resolute Edition.
