Chevrolet Tracker RS, this is how the sports variant looks

After three years in the market, we have news for the range of the Chevrolet Tracker, after the official site in Brazil confirmed the soon arrival of the new RS and Midnight versions.

The first time we heard of a sports Tracker was at the beginning of 2022, when The RS version was presented in China, although we did not know if it would cross the world to land in South America.

Well, the brand is announcing for Brazil not only the sporty RS variant, but also a Midnight, a package known to the brand, seen on the Previous Tracker, in the Colorado and even in the Onix.

“The new versions of Tracker reinforce the attitude of people who value a different lifestyle, but with different personalities. While the Tracker RS adds a bolder, more youthful image to the occupants with sporty trim, the Tracker Midnight reinforces a more sophisticated image with more sober, neutral tones.”

-Rodrigo Fioco, Director of Product Marketing for GM South America.

Inside doors, seats, steering wheel, door panel and console will be offered in Premium Black finish with red topstitching.

As for new equipment, the Tracker RS adds electric exterior mirrors with integrated direction indicator light, and panoramic sunroof.

The brand will mount on the Tracker RS a The 1.2-liter Turbo three-cylinder engine, which delivers 130 horsepower and 140 lb-ft, mated to a six-speed automatic transmission.

Tracker Midnight

The Chevrolet Tracker Midnight, for its part, presents a darkened look with black details, visible on the front grille, Chevrolet logo, body-color bumper with gloss black accents, uniquely designed 17-inch alloy wheels.

Inside, it features Jet Black seats and panels with Gloss Black accents and Gray stitching, and the same trim additions as the RS..
