Cupra has been chosen by dealers as the best automobile brand. Kia and Hyundai complete the podium.

The dealer, as the last link between the automobile brand and the car buyer, is a magnificent thermometer of quality sensations and satisfaction that the client has regarding the company’s products and the service of both entities.

Thus, a few days ago, during the XXXII Congress & Expo of Faconauto, an employer’s association that integrates the associations of official dealers of automobile brands, a new edition of the VCON 2022 studycarried out by the consultancy MSI, and which analyzes the degree of satisfaction of distributors with the brands they represent in the most important aspects of the business.

As for the automobiles that obtained the worst score are Fiat (2.6), Opel (2.6), Peugeot (2.9) and Citroën (3.0).

Dealers also reflect in their comments profitability improvements compared to last yearalthough 41.6 percent of those surveyed indicate that their profitability is still less than 1 percent and 16 percent acknowledge that not only do they not earn money, but they lose it.

The study also shows a slight rebound in dealer confidencewith almost 7 out of 10 considering that the brand will maintain its business in the next five years, a figure that is better than last year.

The report also talks about the assessment by consumers of the reliability of the brands. In this section, the Japanese Lexus, Subaru and Toyota stand out. Special mention for Seat, which is the European brand with the fewest breakdowns, according to a survey of 52,430 European motorists carried out by OCU. This organization points out that, for customers, Tesla is among the least reliable brands.
