The current generation of the Ford F-150 dates from 2020, so it is not surprising that the oval brand is already carrying out tests ahead of what will be the mid-cycle renewal of the best-selling pick-up in the world. Already in December 2022 we had a preview of what the update of the pick-up will bring, thanks to the leaked images of the tests carried out in the United States, more specifically with camouflaged prototypes.
In the last few hours, colleagues from the North American country released new photos, which provide us with more details about the renewal. But be careful, becauseThis time it is the F-150 Raptor, the off-road variant. Let’s see what was seen and what else is expected from the update.
2024 Ford F-150 Raptor: What’s New

Released by the Ford Authority, the photos show us a unit with less camouflage than the one seen at the end of last year.. Specifically, you can clearly see the grill, whose background is no longer starred by a honeycomb grill, but by two irregular bicels.
The changes in the grill are also perceived in the surroundings of the “FORD”, where plastic moldings were added (both on the sides of the logo and above and below). That’s not all, since the letters have a lighter relief, gaining presence.
As for the rear, the “FORD” logo was also retouched. In addition, and although they have some camouflage, it is seen that the headlights were also modified. Beyond that, there are no great news.
2024 Ford F-150: What else is known?

Regarding the F-150, its renewal is expected to present new features in the fenders, and that also adds the changes seen in the rear optics of the Raptor version. That’s not all, since the tailgate could become multifunction, as the Chevrolet Silverado and the GMC Hummer EV already have, among other pick-ups.
As for the interior of the F-150, last January a series of images were leaked that showed us the presence of a screen (between 10 and 15”) in portrait orientation. Likewisethe pick-up would also be offered with a horizontal screen, according to colleagues from the north.
The renewal of the Ford F-150 should see the light during this 2023.
