In his interest in analyzing the current situation and build towards a future with environments that promote equity and equal opportunitiesthis forum had different panels where leadership and the role of women in the automotive industry were discussed, not only told by representatives of the company, but also by speakers who shared their experiences from different perspectives: personal, professional, social and culture.
In addition to representatives of all the operations in the country, this third edition of Mujeres Mexicanas was attended by directors of Toyota Motor North America and the 5 presidents of the company in the country: Luis Lozano, President of Toyota Motor de México; Guillermo Díaz, President of Toyota Motor Sales and Lexus de México; Álex Kuntzy, President of Toyota Financial Services, as well as Óscar Quijada and Francisco García, Presidents of the manufacturing plants in Baja California and Guanajuato, respectively. All of them endorsed their commitment to continue reducing, more and more, the existing gap in terms of the participation of women in the different operations.

In this way, Toyota México reinforces its commitment to continue working to build a company that remains faithful to one of its most important pillars: Respect for people, since the leadership of each of its operations supports and empathizes with women and they will continue working together to achieve the goals set by the company.
