The MINI Convertible celebrates 30 years of lifeand the British brand celebrates it with the special edition Seaside Editionavailable from February 2023.
The classic four-seat convertible features exclusive design and equipment, as well as a gloss Caribbean Aqua blue paint finish, while maintaining the black canvas top with electric drive, that can be opened or closed automatically up to 30 km/h.
The version Seaside Edition is available in Cooper and Cooper S variant. The first with the three-cylinder 1.5-liter turbo with 136 Hp, the second with the 2.0 turbo with 178 Hp, both coupled to an automatic gearbox.
Design features include a double white trim stripe that runs from the side doors to the rear of the vehicle, and a unique graphic on the front apron, where a stylized 30 refers to the model’s anniversary. youAll are contrasted by the Caribbean Aqua blue finish.
The side covers feature the discreet lettering “Seaside“, with graphic design numbers in light and dark blue. The wheels are 18-inch Pulse Spoke alloy, which the brand says recall “the throbbing waves in the water”. Here, the anniversary number appears once again.
Inside doors there are the decorative moldings on the doors with two white stripes and the lettering Seaside. The seats are in Carbon Black leather, which is replicated in the armrests in the doors. The decorative moldings on the dash feature an imprinted pattern reminiscent of the anniversary. This pattern also appears on carpets in the form of a graphic insignia.
The lower spoke of the leather steering wheel bears the inscription “Seasidewhile the vehicle key features the edition-specific graphic wave pattern in iridescent blue tones.
The latest generation of the MINI operating system is present in this modelwhich has the equipment equivalent to the Cooper and Cooper S versions.
