These types of stations are not located in a specific place, like the conventional ones, but rather they move to be able to test the suitability for circulation of certain vehicles who, due to their condition or characteristics, cannot move to a “fixed ITV”.
It is ideal for certain vehicles

We talk about mopeds, agricultural tractors, agricultural machinery, agricultural trailers and special vehicles for works and services their speed is limited and, in some cases, even circulation on public roads. If the mountain does not go to Muhammad, Muhammad goes to the mountain, as the popular phrase goes.
The mobile ITV, which belong to private companies like conventional (Red Itevelesa and TÜV SÜD, among others), move to certain areas, since they do not have a fixed headquarters, and carry out routes through different town halls to cover those rural areas where there are no ITV stations nearby. The process to access the inspection is similar to that of a conventional ITV: check availability, make an appointment and go at the time and place agreed with the vehicle.
The price of the ITV is not fixed and varies according to the autonomous community. Yes, in some cases mobile ITV may apply a supplement to cover travel expenses.
Tricks to pass the ITV of your vehicle
The General Directorate of Traffic (DGT) has also begun to use this tool to check “in situ” the correct state of certain vehicles that circulate on the roads.
