This prototype that you are contemplating will be the brand’s next zero-emission convertible. At the moment we do not know anything about him, but until now he had only shown himself virtually.
Since 2019 when it retired the 370Z, Nissan is orphan of convertible models. Although it was only four years ago, it has seemed like an eternity. Well, this trend seems to end before the end of this decade. Because within the electric strategy of the Japanese firm that contemplates launching 23 electrified models until 2030, 15 of which will be 100% zero emissions, it seems that there will be room for a roadster. This is confirmed by this Max-Out Concept that was just shown at the Nissan Futures event.
It may interest you: Nissan has the electrical technology that each customer needs
A vehicle that, in reality, we had already met in 2021, although virtually, since the novelty is that it has now been possible to see it in person, and it seems from the images that it will not disappoint. Within the framework of this event in post sustainability, this Max-Out has been the great center of attention. It is not for less because it shows off a spectacular design, very much in line with the rest of the future products that the Japanese firm has been presenting in recent months. Although the reality is that Nissan has not disclosed any information, detail or data about the car beyond commenting that it has been “designed to deliver a liberating feeling of openness while offering an enhanced and dynamic driving experience.” To which he continues to ensure that “it shows Nissan’s innovation to develop a wide range of vehicles with a clear vision of how they can benefit both people and society.”

Marketing words aside, the reality is that we are able to analyze for you, even briefly, how this Max-Out is from what we see. To highlight the large fairing grill with backlit frame which, in reality, does nothing but delimit what will be a large digital screen on which to project messages and information to other vehicles and pedestrians. Same function that can be seen both in the rear area and, eye, in the rims themselves a wormhole shape.
The minimalist shape of the windshield also stands out, giving rise to entering a simple and extremely modern cabin in which the floating seats stand out or a geometric carpet that looks like something else designed to hypnotize. Regarding the steering wheel, it is shaped like a rudder, placing a gigantic screen just behind it that extends to the passenger area to offer clear information on all functions. What there is no information about is the propulsion system beyond the fact that it will logically be electric and, surely, high-performance.
