During the second month of the year, the sale of zero kilometer vehicles amounts to 101,911 units, according to the AMIA and AMDA. Comparing this same period, but in the past year where they were placed 79,600 unitswe can see that it increased 24.1%.
Nissan continues its reign as the best-selling brand in Mexico and has 18.6% market share. General Motors is in second place and has 12.1% of the market while Volkswagen Group is in third place with 11.1%.

If we compare this month against last January, we can see that Stellantis moves up to the fourth box, so Toyota is located in the sixth position.
Ford and Hyundai trade places so they now sit in ninth and tenth place, respectively.
Although lately there has been talk of the “true Top 10 sales of automotive brands”, let’s take into account that General Motors does not break down by brand, while Stellantis only divides between Alfa Romeo, Peugeot and CDFJR (the sum of between Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat, Jeep and Ram) so we cannot have the exact data to put together a different count.
