The service, which is available on the Peninsula both for individuals and professionals, is contracted through the mobile application or the official website. From there the customer registers and, after choosing the car and the type of fee that best suits their needs, they begin to enjoy their new model in less than two days. Of course, for the moment the maximum facilities are available to the citizens of Madrid, who can go to pick up the car at their own expense at the Astara central offices in Alcobendas or the same company can take it to the door of their house.
Each user has unlimited kilometers with maintenance and insurance included and with 24/7 coverage. You only need to be over 19 years old and have a year old on your card to be able to access any vehicle from a completely new fleet (the models are renewed when they are 12 months old.) In addition, the driver can cross borders (localities from France or Portugal not far from the Spanish limits) as long as you notify the company in advance. Of course, the service does not contemplate any input; only one is needed franchise of 500 euros for all risk insurance. The accepted payment method is card, both credit and debit.
