The profound visual renovation of the new KIA Picanto 2024 was revealed thanks to the filtering of some images taken during the official photographic production. These images were taken to the web by various forums and blogs such as Autospy and The Korean Car Blog, revealing various details of the smaller vehicle that KIA owns.
The first thing we can see is a design language much more similar to the latest releases. Of the brand from South Korea, with a much more square and flat front, and a nose that even seems to be higher, giving the vehicle an aggressive bearing.
This new verticality is reinforced by the design of the new optics, arranged one on top of the other, seeming to be joined by a transversal light strip whose central part underlines the KIA logo on the trunk.
From behind there are also novelties in the lights, with new headlights, a transversal light bar, a new bumper with a diffuser, (present at least in that GT-Line version) as if it were a sports car. Let’s say it’s small, but attitude is not lacking.
There is also an image that reveals the interior, where a new group of digital instruments can be seen.where you can also see a multimedia screen in a central position, and leather upholstery with white stitching.
Obviously, this equipment is not yet known in which versions it will be presentNor is it known whether the engine will continue its offer in versions with a 66 HP normally aspirated 1.0L engine, a 99 HP version with a turbo, or the naturally aspirated 1.2L with 83 HP.
