In an event held at the Pilar Golf Club, Mercedes-Benz Argentina launched its brand new SUV in our country, which is already available in its network of official dealers. These are its main features:
The new:
It is the new generation of the D-SUV from the Stuttgart firm, presented at the end of last year in Europe. Aesthetically, it stands out for having a more stylized silhouette than its predecessor and which now sports more curved and fluid lines. Of course, sportsmanship is also present with some more accentuated lines that highlight its character. The front sector has a huge grill with a framework that replicates the brand’s logo along with a horizontal bar in the center. The headlights are Led and have a new light signature that is now located in the upper part of the optics. Below, the central air intake stands out -lower- and the two ducts at the ends that emphasize the width of the vehicle and fulfill an aerodynamic function.
In profile, its design is inspired by its older sisters, such as the GLE. In our country it arrives configured with the AMG-Line package that adds alloy wheels of a specific design and gives it a much sportier appearance.
Inside doors, the evolution is even more remarkable since the dashboard was completely redesigned and shows a more modern and sophisticated style, with certain reminiscences of the C-Class, especially in the design of the air vents. It has a 12.3” 100% digital instrument panel and a 11.9” touch screen (12.4” as an option) for the MBUX multimedia system. The steering wheel is similar to that of the new S-Class and C-Class, with touch commands and, as expected, it also stands out for the quality of materials with leather coverings, aluminum and carbon fiber inserts. In terms of equipment, the list is extensive and includes a head-up display, augmented reality browser, panoramic roof, 360º vision camera and numerous driving assistance systems.
