The year ends and, although the last week of the year is not too busy, there are interesting titles. Netflix premieres a spy thriller in which personal and political intrigues are mixed and which promises to keep the public hooked on the screen. They also come to the platform ‘Alpha Males’by Laura and Alberto Caballero, and already on January 1 the new series of robberies ‘Caleidoscope’ will be released, with Paz Vega among the protagonists. Giancarlo Esposito, Paz Vega and Tati Gabrielle star in this new heist series that innovates in the narrative aspect by presenting eight unnumbered episodes so that each person can choose the order in which they want to see them. Colorfully titled, each episode is a piece of the puzzle of corruption, greed, revenge, machination, loyalty and betrayal that is ‘Kaleidoscope’. Loosely inspired by a true story, it follows a gang of experienced thieves who want to get the biggest loot in history by opening a supposedly impregnable vault while the city is ravaged by a hurricane. The fiction spans from 25 years before the coup to six months after.

This is an ironic, clever and intelligent series that will be easy to get hooked on even if you haven’t seen any of its previous seasons. This, which is the fourth although it is presented as the 53rd, will follow the path of the previous ones. These are parodies of well-known documentaries, each chapter is dedicated to a specific documentary. We could already see in the past the fake documentaries of titles like ‘Grey Gardens’, ‘Sandy Passage’, ‘The War Room’ or ‘The Bunker’. About the new installment we know that it will include parodies of the documentaries ‘Three Salons at the Seaside’ and ‘The September Issue’. Both films will be represented in a chapter called Two Hairdressers in Bagglyport.
