The start-up Drako has presented the Dragon, an electric SUV with 2,000 hp and that attracts attention due to its gull-wing doors.
Drako Motors, a start up Based in San José (California, United States), it has just presented the production version of its first model, named Dragon, a 2,000 hp electric SUV and that draws attention for its spectacular gull-wing doors.
The Dragon uses four electric motors, one to control each wheel. With 2,000 hp and four-wheel drive, Drako claims the Dragon is capable of reaching 100 km/h in just 1.9 seconds, managing to cover the quarter mile in 9 seconds and reaches a top speed of more than 320 km/h. All this with a maximum autonomy of 676 km.

The Dragon declares on the scale at 2,253 kg, with a 50-percent weight distribution. It measures 5.05 meters long and 2.05 meters widewhich closely resembles a Lamborghini Urus, although it is slightly shorter and wider than the Italian model.
Drako claims that the Dragon has a adaptive suspension that allows it to stand up to 15 centimeters above the ground, but can rise up to provide 30 centimeters of clearance in its “Overland” mode.
The body panels are constructed from sustainable natural fiber composites, reducing the use of plastics by 70 percent and enveloping a carbon fiber chassis.
The gull wing doors They are eye-catching, but not only have an aesthetic function, but allow Drako to eliminate the B-pillar, making it easier to get in and out of the rear seats. Inside, the cabin is dominated by a 17.1-inch touchscreen, with a smaller digital instrument cluster behind the flat-bottomed steering wheel, which houses all of the Dragon’s physical buttons.
