His Aston Martin was not one of the fastest cars on the English circuit, quite the contrary. As it was already possible to verify in Montmel and Spielberg, where fast corners abound, where the brakes are hardly applied, Alonso is at a disadvantage compared to the Red Bull, the Mercedes, the Ferrari and, apparently yesterday, also with respect to the McLaren. . His rivals are really the Alpine and the Williams. The Aston Martin is a car designed to be driven, that is, it enjoys difficult tracks, where it turns slowly, where dexterity is required. That is why it shone in Monaco and Canada and that is why, in 15 days, it will shine in Hungary, it is supposed. But at Silverstone he could only suffer.

The worst result of the course. A really worrying one? I will never analyze it that way because the Spaniard was saved thanks to strategy.
