It was, without a doubt, the moment that the Spanish fans enjoyed the most this Sunday at the Montmeló circuit in a Fateful Spanish Grand Prix for Aston Martin.
On lap 51, in the middle of the comeback after putting on his third set of tyres, Fernando Alonso passed to the one who was his partner last year in Alpine, Esteban Ocon.
Of course, the French ‘battle’ as he aloneapparently did not make it easy for the two-time world champion of Formula 1 and he was close to throwing him against the grass.

After the race, Alonso was asked about overtaking and with a mischievous smile he defined it perfectly.
“We overtook Zhou, Tsunoda and Ocon…we had much younger tires at the end and It was not that difficult“Ferdinand pointed out.
