The Formula 1 could undergo a major change starting next season. ‘Liberty Media’, the company that controls the competition, could change the dates of the Chinese and Japanese Grands Prix. And it is not the only change. Because the most important comes in the changes of the races from Sunday to Saturday.
It would be in the tests Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, both in the month of March during the celebration of ‘Ramadan’. The races could be held on a Saturday, something that already happened during the 80s. The preseason will not move from the Middle East.
Regarding Spa and the Belgian Grand Prix (the last Grand Prix before the summer holidays), he could leave the calendar to recover a track on African soil. Something that had become in demand by some pilots such as Lewis Hamilton.
