Initially available only for the Highline version, the MY2022 specification focuses above all on technological and equipment improvements, without cosmetic modifications. First of all, it incorporated a wireless charger, which is combined with the well-known VW Play multimedia system with a 10” touch screen and the 12.3” Active Info Display digital instrument. It also adds two USB C ports for greater connectivity.
On the other hand, the controls for air conditioning were renewed: it received a new air conditioner with touch controls that allow you to adjust the temperature and select different functions by sliding your fingers or gently touching the display. Additionally, for passengers in the rear seats, a practical storage pocket is added behind the backs of the front seats, adding greater practicality and safety by preventing any item from being loose in the passenger compartment. Finally, the Nivus Highline MY22 adds the new Biscay Blue body color to the already known options of the model.

There are no changes in its mechanics, keeping the 1.0 TSI gasoline engine in its configuration of 116 hp and 200 Nm of torque, coupled to the 6-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission for this Highline variant. It is worth remembering that since the beginning of this year it has also incorporated the 1.0 TSI as an entry-level option, in this case with 95 hp and 165 Nm of torque, associated with a 5-speed manual gearbox.
