What’s going on?
Rebellion is a Swiss watch manufacturer founded in 2008 by Alexander Pesci, an industrialist passionate about watchmaking, owner of a high-tech company that manufactures connectors -many Formula 1 teams and NASA are his clients- and is also passionate about car racing.
Rebellion watches have condensed these three worlds into singular pieces that are unlike anything conventional in Swiss watchmaking. They experiment with highly complex designs, materials and components in their own style, using materials from the space age combined with fine watchmaking classics such as titanium, carbon, gold, steel-ceramic and sapphire, all pushed to the limit. Without compromising the boxes and components, produced on CNC machinery.
Based in Lonay, Switzerland, on the shores of Lake Geneva, Rebellion Timepieces has carved a place for itself in the world of fine Swiss watchmaking. All Rebellion watches share the same DNA as their sister company, Rebellion Racing, a racing team that competes in endurance championships such as the 24 Hours of Le Mans, and the WEC season. Today Rebellion Timepieces is today the official timekeeper of various international competitions such as the Dakar Rally and the GT World Challenge.

Predator 2.0 Dakar (Three hands)

The dial has three dimensions and the manufacturer calls the material “sunnycomb” a honeycomb that allows the luminescence of the watch in three dimensions and depending on the color of the piece, the Super Luminova can be blue or red.
The Predator 2.0 box is made up of 63 assembled parts and on the side, just at 9:00 a.m., it has a plate with the part number.

The dial in white and pink tones immediately refers to the colors of the desert, it has the emblem of the Dakar Rally and inside there is a “V”-shaped bridge between 10 o’clock and 2 o’clock with the image of the Touareg in the center. the distinctive figure of the fearsome rally. The internal cover is made of the same material as the case and is screwed, the strap is made of dark beige canvas, also referring to the color of sand.
