Because the British firm has just gotten fully involved in the real estate sector to finalize the project named Aston Martin Residences, made up of a tower with no less than 391 apartments in the heart of Miami.
Of course, if your teeth have become long, you will have to run because there are only 10 homes for sale among which is the most luxurious of them all: the penthouse that occupies floors 63 to 65 and has a market value of no less than 59 million dollars (about 55.2 million euros to change). In total, we are talking about a vertical mansion with almost 1,845 square meters made up of seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a glass spiral staircase in charge of connecting the three levels, large windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, gigantic living rooms… To this are added other 700 square meters located outside with, among others, swimming pool or spa.

But the highlight and what interests us the most is that this exclusive penthouse add a unit of the Vulcan to its price, a jewel of which only They produced 24 units for the whole world, each at a rate of 2.3 million euros, and in which its exquisite atmospheric 7.0 V12 engine of 820 CV and 780 Nm stands out. The question that may arise is that the production of the sports car ceased in 2016 when it delivered all the units to its wealthy owners, so it would not be unreasonable to think that this Vulcan to match the penthouse belongs to the second-hand market.
