There are several protests in Brazil after the victory in the elections of Lula da Silva on Jair Bolsonaro. And in one of those demonstrations he has participated Nelson Picket, the one who was a Formula 1 driver, a faithful follower of Bolsonaro. But he has not only participated in the demonstrations.
A video insulting Lula da Silva has gone viral in the last few hours. Piquet affirms that it is necessary to send Lula “to the cemetery” and calls him “son of a p***”.

Some unfortunate words that are already receiving much criticism in Brazil. And it is not the first time that the former F1 driver has gone out of tune with statements of this type.
In the month of June it made headlines when referring to Lewis Hamilton as the “black”. Words for which he was punished by the competition. He was banned from the paddock until further notice.
Piquet tried to defend himself and assured that his intention was not to offend: “I would never use that word that I have been accused of in some of the translations. ‘Neguinho’ means type or person, I never wanted to offend. I apologize to all those who have felt affected, even with Lewis, who is an incredible driver.
“I never meant to offend by using that word, but the translation that has been circulating on social media in the last day is not correct. I condemn any suggestion who thinks I used that word in order to disparage a driver because of the color of his skin,” he said.
